Learning designed around people and their work
We start with the work, not the framework.
What are people trying to do better? What gets in the way? What situations do they actually face? From there, we choose the concepts, tools and activities that help participants think, practise and apply.
Our programmes are designed for experienced adults. They use relevant scenarios, discussion, reflection, practice and peer learning, with examples adapted to the organisation and the people in the room.
Serious learning does not have to feel heavy. Activities, movement, games and humour have a place when they help people engage with the learning.
Experience behind the learning
Founder and Principal Facilitator Herk Ng brings senior organisational leadership experience alongside professional expertise in adult learning, coaching, psychological safety and inclusion.
His previous roles include Assistant Chief Executive of SG Enable, Director of the Strategic Planning Office at the National Council of Social Service, and Division Director of Strategic Management at the Singapore International Foundation. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Singapore Public Service at MICA and IDA.
Today, Herk designs and facilitates programmes for managers, professionals, educators and practitioners across public, education, social and corporate settings.
